"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room! "Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An. "
