There are so many collectibles in the home you could look around forever. Loved our stay! Even a little chocolate with gold foil on the linens to welcome us. "A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude."

"Excellent value for money. We stayed over to break up a longer journey north. Conveniently located just off the main route. We enjoyed the riverside walk with access close to the hotel. The evening meal was good and we particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast the following morning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Special thanks to the staff who were all very pleasant and friendly.Will definitely stay again when travelling this way."
