"Amazing! I only property conditions a 4/5 star because the lock on the door to the bathroom adjoining our room got stuck, its a bit loose. So i got trapped in there until someone on the otherside held the handle up so the lock aligned. There wasnt anybody at the desk to tell and im sure they would have fixed it. "Located close to Anniesland rail station and the Great Western Road, out of city centre was best for me. Close to shops and places to eat. Kitchen is a good size, with a proper cooker and there is a separate dining area and sitting room. Sitting room is a good, welcoming arrangement, with a television. Didn't like the bathroom mat, I am sure that a more suitable easy to look after material could be used."

"Overall well looked after all our guests, good menu options, use of Gym needs be authorised prior but no info regarding the concept form signature at the GYM entrance. Parking is off-site 5 mins walk but no designated drop off point plus no multi entry to the car park like most city centre hotels offer. Hope they reconsider this "
