"The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend...

"Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"We (6 old high school buddies) flew in for a fishing excursion. From the time that I booked this house for our stay to the time that we left to fly back our host was on it. Daily cleaning, inhouse chefs, golf cart rentals, transportation from and back to the airport, etc. The house was fantastic and the view was amazing!
