"Hotel rooms need up dating "

"This accommodation complex has clean and spacous studio apartments. However, the buuildings' corridors, stairwaays and lifts are showing their age with narrow passages and generally feel uncomfortable."

"I really liked our room, for us, father and son, it was perfect. Two queen beds placed in different areas of a large room, the room has a kitchenette and the shower in the bathroom is big with plenty of hot water. Next time in Cairns, and there will be a next time, I'll stay here."

"Nice clean apartments, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the esplanade took about 10mins but if you want to be in the thick of things pick something else. The pool was cold and small. Mainly just a lap pool. Not great for teenage kids, although the bbq area beside the pool was great for cooking up dinners. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was actually interconnecting 1 bedroom apartment and a studio. Still suited out purposes fine. "

"Comfortable casual accommodation- great for a few days with kitchen and laundry in the unit. It was a little confusing to check in and out when not arriving during reception hours- we called the posted number and had a smooth check-in but no one answered when we tried to setup checkout for early morning the next day so we left the key fobs in the drop box and left a message and hoped. "We booked 2BR. When we arrived we think wow nice place. Pool was nice. But day after we felt not resort more like residency place.. So many cars parked around the bilding and car park was really tight. The breakfast was really tasty but only one person run the shop and our last day morning he was sick so we couldnt get.and we didn't konw until we got there.No one let us knew shop was closed. It was a bid sad. But we can get refund is good .. Overall room was nice,location is nice....

"Our stay was amazing, as always! The staff are always helpful and do a great job at maintaining the property. Very happy with our accommodation.
