"Very clean and nicely decorated (minus one slightly creepy painting). It had a well equipped kitchen which is always greatly appreciated. Tons of helpful info in the house and within the welcome letter for those who haven't visited the area before. The only complaint which is maybe a weird one, is the toilet was too small (for a bigger guy like myself). Otherwise I highly recommend staying here and we will likely be doing so again in the future! Thanks for the hospitality!"

"This home & property is very unique. I have stayed in many places and have to say this was so beautiful with very well appointed details.EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! And the furniture was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Many different sitting areas outside and gorgeous antique touches mixed with contemporary furniture as well.I would absolutely recommend this place and would also love to visit again. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. 5 stars for sure!"

"Would highly recommend this for a young couple, since it has some steep stairs. The space was clean and beautiful. It has everything you need and the hot tub was amazing. While the owners live on the property, we never felt bothered by them. The sheep are very cute!!! Overall, a great experience. "

"Well, we were very impressed with the location because we were able to go to Telluride, visit Moab, Utah, visit Mancos, also we were able to explore the scenery and also go to Durango Colorado. It was a short ride.The best thing about the property was that we enjoyed the location. It was very clean and the TVs were easy to work and figure out everything.We would definitely stay there again just because it was a close location to friends as well while visiting. Also, it was easy to get to the grocery store which was about 3 to 5 minutes up the road along with the stores there that were feed stores, but they accommodated for any kind of cold weather equipment for clothing like it got really cold when we were there and everything was easily accessible"

"Beautiful historic building rehabilitated into a fun hostel. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, but not overbearing. The rooms were cozy, but the common areas were amazing. It was very quiet when we were there. "
