"Well, we were very impressed with the location because we were able to go to Telluride, visit Moab, Utah, visit Mancos, also we were able to explore the scenery and also go to Durango Colorado. It was a short ride.The best thing about the property was that we enjoyed the location. It was very clean and the TVs were easy to work and figure out everything.We would definitely stay there again just because it was a close location to friends as well while visiting. Also, it was easy to get to the grocery store which was about 3 to 5 minutes up the road along with the stores there that were feed stores, but they accommodated for any kind of cold weather equipment for clothing like it got really cold when we were there and everything was easily accessible"

"It was a great property with 2 master suites and 2 living spaces. We had 4 kids under 8, and it was easy to have them go outside or go to another place to play. We all loved the property size, kids did sledding and nature walks.The only draw back was slow streaming."

"We.enjoyed our week in "Fort Dolores" so much. Hubby hunted in the nearby forest while i took walks around town, read, and knitted. We had some great meals.out in the evenings at local restaurants. As for the property, it is spacious, comfy, fully equipped, quiet, and charming. Steve and Robby are great hosts. They even accommodated our reservation change atthe last minute. Absolutely recommend this VRBO."

"Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to country living, that a little dirt and a few flies are part of the deal when you stay so close to cattle and horses. That being said, the linens, towels, counters and dishes were clean and appeared to be in very new condition. The kitchen was furnished with everything one would need to enjoy meals and a lovely glass of wine at home. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely not hesitate to book again!
