It was ideally situated for touring around the area, and even though the apartment was in the town, it was quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops and eating places. The owner was quick to respond to a query we had, and gave us useful information prior to our visit. A relaxing and enjoyable stay, plenty of places to visit and local walks. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Wirral. Mark was very easy to work with, and kind enough to warm up the hot tub before we arrived! This property has a beautiful garden and outdoor space to enjoy! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including off street parking. Our dog travelled with us, and there was easy access to walk him in the neighborhood. "This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner and there was mould around the edge. "Just got back from a lovely few days. The outside of the property is run down but the areas that matter are lovely. The breakfast was really nice and the pool was an added bonus. Room was lovely and clean. Like the addition of a fridge in the room. Will definitely return when visiting Chester again. Thank you "

"All to frequently there is insufficient hot water at the hotel. Over my last four stays at the Crowne Plaza, in the morning (07:30 hrs) there is only luke warm water coming out of the taps. Last night (20:30-22:00) there was also only luke warm water to shower in. Disappointing. "
