During our stay I never saw anybody else coming in or out or even heard anybody in the other apartments, it felt as if we had the whole building for ourselves. "The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

"We found everything to be fantastic from checking in (Cynthia is a delightful host and excellent tourist information guide) to checking out. We used a number of her reastaurant recommendations and ate like royality. The bed was comfortable and everywhere was sparklingly clean. St Sulpice de Faleyrens is ideally located to explore the region with a train station less than 10 minutes away. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return."

"Easy to get to by tram. Large well equipped flat. 2 flights of spiral staircase was challenging with suitcases but the apartment was worth it. Balcony lovely for a drink in the sun. Good restaurants on the square outside. We will be back. "

"Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes...

"Does not gave the public gardens but a busy main road. Check in - penalised due to “ late arrival” not told when I booked. No welcome pack, not even a little milk or a tea bag, little information - just an unfriendly start. Harassed re check out time etc."
