"Have stayed many times. By far my favorite hotel in Pittsburgh- wonderful, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff are kind and attentive. Restaurant is good. Only issue is that valet can be slow. That is easily somvable by asking for car with 15-20 mins notice. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the facet in bathroom of the room we stayed. The facet was too close to the back of the sink and it knob needs to be cleaned out because it sprayed all different directions. "
