"Hotel and staff are amazing. Ubers were great we used them all the time. We also used and booked the activities for day trips from the hotel. They were all great. One problem the taxi guy who stands outside with the blue suit his taxi and and him are the bigest rip off. Have changed us so muchbover 100 aed for 10 minute ride. Have used uber since then and they all told us they riped us off. The boss with the blue suit also knows that but didnt care . They also approached us for sand dunes activities and tryed to off cheper then the guy inside the hotel but we didnt take there offer since they rip us off on taxi. "

"Loved the pool area and the staff there! The staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome!! The check in was great, we were given an upgrade which was very much appreciated! The only issues we had were small things but worth mentioning in case they can be fixed. The shower changed water temperature a lot any time we used it. Also there are no convenient plug ins for our devices, only one plug and it was not in a good location. Overall we had a nice stay and would use this hotel again!"
