"Firstly, the booking we initially made was Damac Royale Tower, however this tower was apparently shut down and only available as a residence and not aparthotel. We were changed to Damac Maison Distincton. Our stay for 4 nights was decent, we had many issues though. 1. When we arrived to check in, we knew we were early so we offloaded luggage and checked in knowing our room wont ve ready we advised the valet not to park our car as we would be leaving in a few minutes. "The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy...
