The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops in Summertown, and a bus route to the centre of Oxford. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all one needs. There is no fan in the bathroom, which was a big dark and musty, but otherwise tip-top. Walls in the building are thin, but the neighbours were all quiet so that was no problem. "We had to move out of our house in Buckinghamshire for three weeks while work was being done on the kitchen at our residence and chose this property for the first two weeks, largely on account of its location. While we were concerned about its size prior to arriving, the apartment turned out to be adequate to our needs. The ad did not make clear it is a located on the third floor of an apartment building, but we got used to climbing the stairs up to the apartment front door. Security was good....
