"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we werenā€™t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "

"when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a Ā£35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night? I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the home owner for the entrance code while at the airport . There was no communication prior to our trip. According to the description there was a king size bed, which there was not. The beds were not comfortable at all. "

"Good property and location few recommendations as follows:- Install security light outside entrance - very very dark at night. Some soft furnishings in the lounge - its very echoey. Pictures/fake plants would make it more homely. On arrival heating was not working. I had to repressurise the boiler. There was no instructions for this or the heating controls therefore it took a couple of hours to sort on the phone, by this time my 88 year old mother was extremely cold! Toilet needs a good...
