"The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. The owners are pure heaven to communicate with even if you're German isnt all that great. All the neighbors in the village are outstanding people and and a joy to be around. "Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, man sieht, dass sich hier richtig Mühe gegeben wird. Das einzige Manko waren tatsächlich die Parkmöglichkeiten, die sind natürlich mit knapp 10-15 Autominuten zur Kölner Innenstadt und guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ziemlich ausgeschöpft. Man sollte teilweise 5-10 Minuten Fußweg einplanen, wenn man geparkt hat. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man aber ganz gut halten. Wir...
