"This was my first vacation ever. Upon seeing this vacation home online..I fell in love with the home and the surrounding villege itself. "Das Haus ist Super, der Check-in sowie check-out absolut problemlos. Man wird über alles aufgeklärt, zum nächsten Rewe sind's ca. 10 Minuten. Man hat komplett seine Ruhe, im Haus befindet sich alles was man braucht, alles super. Sehr nette Besitzer und bis nach Köln ist es auch MAXIMAL eine Fahrt von 45/50 Minuten. "

"The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. Also turns out that the host charged us more than the hotel would have done - an extra £50 over the two nights. The hotel is brilliantly located but apart from that it is very very basic and like walking back...

"We really enjoyed staying in this little flat. It’s a bit out of the cities, but also convenient to both Düsseldorf and Cologne, plus smaller towns. The village of Wermelskirchen is charming and nearby. Easy stop for restaurants, groceries, etc. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, etc. We highly recommend this vacation home. Be aware it’s on the second floor, if you don’t want stairs. Cute and spacious once you get up there, though! "
