"I quite liked this place for the price. Location could NOT have been better!!! It was such a perfect location! Staff was amazing and so helpful!! There was a tinnny elevator which was so helpful to get the luggage to the room. It was clean, and beds pretty comfortable. My sons bed was more comfortable then mine, mine had a weird lump/roll in the middle. It was verrrrry hot to sleep here. No ac as most places in Germany. "This is a gem of a hostel, you can't go wrong. We had a 6 bed room to ourselves and, while initially looking a little on the cramped side, it was no bother at all as we mainly spent our time out and about. Spotlessly clean, great en suite shower, firm mattresses (which I thought were great, but guess that's down to personal preference!) The hostel is a 25 min walk from the centre of Cologne (Dom & railway station etc) and located a few mins walk from the buzzing Belgian Quarter, but still...
