"Our stay was very good. All rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was kitchen. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else. There was a problem with heating when we arrived but it has been quickly resolved by maintenance engineer."

"The house is clean in the main areas that you need i.e. clean sheets and towels. However, it needs a good deep clean between the gaps of the couch, 'stuff' under the foot stool when moved, mold near the hand basin, bubbling above shower, dishes/cutlery needing a good wash. A fan in summer would have been helpful and had to chase the host for check-in details. Photos are better than what is actually is and could do with some maintenance and tlc."

"Water was leaking in two of the three rooms from the ceiling onto the beds and along the walls of the rooms. We were able to use only one of the three rooms. Our host informed us of the problem per e-mail at about 7PM but we were unaware of that message as we were driving. Upon late arrival at about 11:00PM we were informed of a leak in one of the rooms but soon discovered that water was dripping onto the bed in the second bedroom. "The staff at this property were so friendly and helpful, two girls iin particular on the front desk( Alisha and Becky) were absolutely lovely with my young daughter and we will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel!"

"Good stay overall. No major faults or complaints. Staff were friendly on arrival, room was clean, beds comfy. Only fault was my Mum broke her toe as they hadn’t put the bed fully together and she hadn’t noticed until she tripped on it and her toe is now broke lol. But apart from that the stay was good. "

"Lovely staff, especially the Irish waitress in the mornings (didn’t catch her name) great location. Decor is wonderful. One criticism would be that the safe in the rooms are too low, when you are of a certain age it becomes a bit of a problem having to get on all fours to use it"
