"Brand new property, so everything was very nice, very modern and very clean. Good amenities. Handy location to shops, beach and dining options. Although it partially overlooks the busy shipping docks it wasn't any bother. Was a very nice stay."

A little concerned that the room was above the bar but the music quietened down around 10.30 and didn't hear customers after 10.45. Staff at reception and lounge were friendly and helpful. We opted to have our continental breakfast in the room - very good selection including gluten free bread and cereal. Evening meal at the lounge bar was exceptional, especially the chicken parmigiana with gluten free pasta. "

" nice area, centrally located, close to park, river and the beach, not far away from Burnie, renovated room, friendly staff, nice meal in the restaurant, car park - the air conditioner outside was coming on every 15min. when switched on, it was really noisy, even with the closed window. So avoid the rooms with the windows facing the car park."
