"Wonderful place to stay if in the area. The cabin was clean and spacious enough for our time there. The host was wonderful with communicating, especially as we were a last minute booking. The place was warm and cozy! We would stay here again. "

"The cabin was beautiful. The area was so peaceful. Loved the open concept of the living room,dining and kitchen. And best of all they allowed us to bring our fur babies. The top deck is wrap around and is gated so our dogs could run around. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was a fenced area for the dogs to run and play ball. "

"We LOVED staying at this property. It is modernly decorated, yet still cozy. The location is private and quiet just as we wanted. I loved being able to spend most of my time outside either on the swing, fire pit, or relaxing in the tub. The driveway is a bit rough, so I’m glad we did have my truck. I would not have liked to go up in my previous vehicle that was lower to the ground. Communication with the host Ben was prompt and clear. "We had the most wonderful weekend here! The location feels very remote, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to get to Blackwater Falls, and other local must-see excursions. Dolly Sods was a bit further, but totally doable. The house was very clean, well stocked and the most comfortable beds! We highly recommend!!"

"Some areas of the cabin are a bit dated, like the downstairs bathroom. But overall it is a very nice cabin, and we enjoyed our stay. Take bear safety seriously, we saw a bear near the cabin one morning. Lots of deer in the area too."

"An amazingly peaceful, secluded cabin and yet only a couple short hour(s) drive from the DMV metro area. No issues with the check in and the hosts gave us our privacy. "

"When we arrived, it was after dark and I had some trouble locating our exact cabin, but the owners were more than happy to help me to our spot. The perfect combination of making sure we were taken care of and giving us our space. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. Definitely would stay here again."

"I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back!"

"The property IS next to a trout stream, that was the only good point. The property is old, run down, dirty. Rodent droppings in the kitchen drawers and roaches. Outside there were ladders and tree limbs all over the yard between the cabin and picnic area. Over all its a mess."

"This was our second time at this property. This time we took our two boys. They loved it just as much as we did. The location is perfect for hiking during the day. And the house is perfect for enjoying each others' company in the evenings. The host has always been super helpful. My youngest son didnt want to leave and is making plans to return in the future."
