People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. I loved the r&b that was playing each time that I came into the lobby area. All of the decor is modern. The moment I stepped into the suite, I was blown away by the layout from the price. The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia."
