"Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and our stay was enjoyable. The one thing that caused us problems was the heating and a/c unit. Our room was cold, and none of our temperature changes on the thermostat made any improvement. After several attempts on our own over several hours, we stopped at the front desk, mentioned the problem, and while we were out, the maintenance staff resolved the issue. I recommend some kind of written instructions be provided. The thermostat for this unit was unlike anything I’ve seen before, and it was not obvious which symbol should be selected to set the unit to heat the room. We appreciate the prompt response once the staff was notified of the situation."

"Great family friendly hotel in a great location. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful. Games room and outdoor courtyard are also nice. "
