"It is a single house converted to small hotel. No staff. Everything is very old but clean. Only a window AC unit for heating and works very slow. You need to figure out how to use it. It shuts off during the day and your room temperature is 56F when you are back at evening. It is very uncomfortable in Seattle wet, windy and cold later fall. "

"Great B and B without the breakfast….its a do it yourself stay. Came in on a Saturday and left Monday and didn’t see nor need any staff people. Parking is a little challenging, but doable. Not luxurious but very cozy and comfortable with shops,restaurants etc in walking distance. A great 1-3 night stay on the water in Gig Harbor "

"A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "It was convenient for parking your car and catching the light rail. Although it is noisy at night"

"Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways."

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly "

"Very quiet area compared to the rest of Seattle, love that is was walkable in the morning for breakfast. Husband is not a huge fan of not going to a hotel,but he didn’t complain much at all."

"Reception desk was ANAZING during a difficult time of massive power outages. They did a great job of keeping the service level as if there were no unique circumstances. Personable. Room very comfy.
