We understood there were steps, however the first 23 steps from parking to the cabin were narrow and a bit steep. The couple we were traveling with chose to stay elsewhere due to mobility and luggage carrying complications. It took us a bit to figured out how to access the kayaks and bikes. "We arrived to a nice little cozy cabin, and enjoyed our stay for the most part. The kitchen was spacious & had everything necessary: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & hotplate. However, a few things did make our stay a little uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom did not produce water, the “fireplace” was boarded up & unuseable with two very small space heaters to heat up the entire cabin. It took about 12 hours to heat the cabin & it felt warm finally by the time we left the next day....

"I loved this place, location and views were amazing! The only thing that I would change is that it’s a little difficult to climb into the loft beds. I’m pretty athletic and barely a size 6, and felt like I needed a wider opening to climb up into the bed. Even still…. I would definitely re-book this place. Wonderful tiny home!"

"Booking this stay for my 50th high school reunion, I didn't realize after having been away for so long, that the VRBO was a few blocks from my grade school! It also was convenient to Issaquah and the site of our party. I gave the place one less star for highway traffic noise---maybe more sound insulation could be added to the loft? Otherwise, it met my needs in every respect."

"The wife, dogs, and I stayed here to unplug during a rainy Memorial Day. This property is special! Felt like we were transported back to the 1800s (but with some key comforts like baseboard heaters). We enjoyed zoning out to the crackling fire and looking at the tides go by."

"Small (~600sq ft) but everything you need in a lakeside stay for a few people. Dock is amazing to play or lounge on and picnic table outside made up for the small indoor table. We stayed on this lake last year and love the quaint peacefulness on the water. Pedal boat and kayaks are very nice amenities. Furniture could use an upgrade. The master bedframe was threatening collapse, the couch was worn and the stools around the table were wobbly at odd heights. Small couch is the only comfortable...

"Our family had the best time at this cabin! It was adorable and had everything needed to cook and make meals for a big crowd. We hung outside most of the time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to eat and play games together. Enjoyed picking blackberries, watching the wildlife, making smores at the fire pit, and playing outdoor games. We took our paddleboards a two minute drive away…just perfect!"
