"Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed! 3 minor issues: 1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82. 2. The bathroom has a great shower, with plenty of hot water, but the toilet is very low (again we are still 78 and 82), and the bathroom is very snug. 3. The closet needs a pole to hang clothes. "Arrived late in the evening and was happy everything was as promised. It was a great comfort that there was mass transit in close proximity to the rental, because this permitted with an opportunity to leave our car parked basically right in front of the rental. I personally wished that a television or smart monitor was in the bedroom (not a negative), but since it wasn’t I did what was really needed - rest! Should we venture to travel back to the area, this will be one of our first chooses. "

"We really liked the apartment where we stayed at Riverview. The location was excellent, right next to the Point State Park. The apartment is very spacious with a full size kitchen and fridge. The valet guy, Will, was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Erica at Skyline Realty was very quick to respond to any questions we had and gave detailed instructions for check-in/out - no surprises. We would absolutely stay at this location again!"
