"The heat inside the casino was hot! Our particular room wasn’t cleaned very well. Chips under the end table and the blanket was put on with the tag at the top in my face. Other than that we enjoyed our 2 nights "

"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "
