On day 2 when we returned to our room at night, we were surprised that the room was 98% untouched. Trash was still in the bins. Dirty towels remained in the same place. Toilet and floor were not cleaned. Amenities were not replenished. Only the bed was tidied up, but with the same bed linens. After we complained, they said, *We missed it*. The following night was OK."
