"The staff are amazing, super friendly. It’s hard to rate this place low when the staff are just so darn friendly. But reality is we were there for four nights . First night power outage on the first floor, the manager so kindly moved us to the second floor to a bigger room with no extra charge. "The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time.
