"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "It was a pleasant stay, the place is nice and clean each room have AC that works well. Bathroom are also clean and water flows great with flushing toilet. 2 kitchen one inside the house and one just outside he thebackyard that works well. We have everything we needed for cooking. Soap and shampoo not included. TV works with only one channel. Washing machine was not working which was a hassle.
