"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. "Myself and my partner stayed here with our 1 year old for 2 nights for my birthday. The location is perfect if you want to park your car and not use it all weekend! There is either one space at the back of the property and you pay a deposit for a permit or there's a manned multi story car park just over the road. Everything you could want is in walking distance and there are plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants to chose from. The house itself is a cross 3 floors but very comfortable and ideal...

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."
