"Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk."

"Well situated on the corner of Rue des Anglais, seafront 100m, overlooking gardens, lots of nearby bistros (no restaurant in the hotel), the markets and Galleries Lafayette. Rooms clean and modern. Decent breakfast selection ( open 630-11am) and checkout is 12 noon. Some refurb in lobby area , so a bit small at the moment. Helpful staff on the front desk. Would return. "

"This was a great hotel for the cost, admittedly room was not particularly large but great for the money we paid. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean. Like a lot of hotels, no matter the star rating, lighting was not great and lack of sockets near mirror. A pet hate of mine is having the hairdryer in the bathroom. A great location, near public transport, good shops and restaurants as well as the Promenade des Anglais. We would definitely stay again."
