The staff was very helpful and communicated very promptly before and during my stay. The location is great, but the apartment is VERY basic. I have stayed at many of your properties in Cannes, Andorra (4 properties) and in Spain in several such as Altea and Benalmadena so this one was not at the same level of comfort.

The hotel itself is good enough, but service is relatively low: we did not expect that management would be so chip on toilet materials (microscopic peace of soap). for example. But the worst thing is that management does not care about your safety and good rest. Every second night during our stay in the middle of the night couple of some complete drugged idiots or mad people screamed in a corridor, as if they are being killed,waiking up people and scary families with kids. No one wants such a "rest".

Well-equipped, air-conditioned room including fully functional kitchenette equipped with most household appliances. Location is fantastic with a few min walking distance to local bakery, several grocery stores, and the city centre with shops and restaurants. Walking distance to different types of beaches (larger pebbles at plage du borrigo, smaller more comfortable pebbles at plage des sablettes). Menton is a calm and very plesant town located just in between Monaco and Italy, both accessable within 20min by car. We totally fell in love with both the town and the Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Citronniers - we will for sure come back!

The provision of sufficient hygiene related products was found wanting - specifically soap, toilet paper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap bar at the sink. It was expected we buy the rest...management was miserly with providing garbage bags as well when we went to the reception to ask for them. While an apart hotel can be exoected to have slightly lesser amenties than a hotel, this experience was a stark contrast to our apart hotel stay in Marseilles with anptjer company.

Wir haben 7 Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die Ausstattung sind miserabel. Dies sollte auf jeden Fall behoben werden. Wir kommen nicht noch mal! Das einzige positive ist die Lage der Unterkunft.

Posizione della struttura assolutamente comoda 10 minuti dalla stazione e vicinissimo al centro e le spiagge. Camera un po’ da ristrutturare. E assolutamente Pulizie da migliorare, capelli sulle piastrelle dei muri in bagno, polvere ovunque, ci siamo svegliati con tutte le formiche in camera che uscivano da dietro al frigo (nonostante noi non avessimo nulla dentro). Non ci hanno cambiato stanza ne qualche sconto.. nulla.. Han “pulito” ma ovviamente alcune sono rimaste. Migliorerei la gestione degli spazi anche.. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale e la posizione ottima, peccato per il resto…

Expérience décevante. D’abord il faut savoir que l’expérience ‘résidence’ implique qu’on doit faire son lit soi-même. Ensuite j'ai dû redescendre à la réception pour demander du shampooing, il n’y en avait pas. Comme je n’ai pas eu à utiliser la toilette en arrivant, je n’ai pas remarqué l’absence totale de papier (PQ)… ce n’est que le soir tard que je m’en suis rendue compte. Très désagréable. Je me suis servie moi même dans le local de ménage qui heureusement n’était pas fermé à clé. Prix exorbitant, on ne m’y reprendra plus.
