"We loved this property! Beautiful view and house; Sonya was incredibly helpful and there was everything you could imagine to make our stay enjoyable. The drive up from town is not easy and there were power and water outages during a storm but as we understand thats common in the jungle. We would definitely go back!"

"We had a little taste of Paradise while living at Villa Cascada. If you love nature, it is the place to stay. "We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is every bit as nice as the pictures suggest, well appointed and roomy! Even though we had an unusual weather system that resulted in nearly 2 weeks of nonstop rain we had plenty of room. The house is located off a long unpaved road the, by Costa Rican standards, is very good. Despite the rain we never had any issues with the road. "The property was beautiful with incredible scenery from the rear of the property. We were surrounded by jungle which is what we wanted. While looking out at the pool on the rear patio we could see the Gulf of Mexico in the background encapsulated by palm trees and fruit trees which is the best of both worlds. Plenty of birds to watch as well as a white nosed coatimundi that did his morning climb up the tallest of the trees. We also got to see a family of howler monkeys high in the trees....

"We absolutely loved the property. Really beautiful and perfect for our two families with a combined 5 boys. Only issue is the hot tub was broken, something us adults were really looking forward to using in the evenings. Also, power went out twice - one planned and one unplanned.
