"The staff are friendly and helpful beyond the requirements .food is a little pricey for Philippines but good the only negative thing I could say is hot water did not work and no t.v In my room other wise excellent place to stay I would definitely suggest staying here "

"The rooftop night view was awesome. Overlooking the night lights of the Makati building is like New York's skyscrapers. The roof has 3 bars with a reasonable size but well catered for its purpose. The rooms are neat, and that bathroom was clean as Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas. The lobby is nicely laid out, and the cozy ambiance is its presence. "I love in fact the hotel! I like its style and localization! But this I was more than surprised that the beautiful roof top is not existing any more! My studio was in nothing improved to last year! No TV! No coffee downstairs! Sorry, this way you cannot run a hotel seriously!!! "

"Stayed for 2 nights in a shared female dormitory. The room was comfortable to sleep in. You have your own bathroom in your room but the hot and cold shower was kinda confusing it goes super hot and super cold. They have common bathrooms too but needs maintenance. Good location for the party districts and also walking distance to Century City Mall. If your planning to go to Ayala, Makati it is also walking distance around 30 mins. The hotel is kinda artsy. "I think it was way overpriced at $44. They had a real cockroach problem in my room. "

"The staff only really cares about their salary and no effort is taken to make guest more comfortable or socialize amongst each other. Lilly is the only staff member worthy of praise."

"Did a really late night checkin... would have wanted to take a hot shower prior to sleeping but housekeeping took too long to give the towel and linens, and the hot shower doesn't work in room 504, so I went to sleep icky. But overall, the place is good, the people are friendly - just tired and groggy, probably, and the location is the best."
