"The staff reached out to us prior to arrival, very nice, helpful and responds quickly to our requests. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we were transferred on day 3. Both rooms are nice and with a view. It is in South of Market Residence which is near SM Aura, walkable to variety of restaurants. stores,... We liked the place and the surrounding area. It is safe and quiet. Easy to get a Grab for transportation. We recommend this place."

"The size of the unit was large as advertised and Mark was pretty easy to get hold of. On the downside, the unit had a significan and lingering odor feom fumes coming from the kitchen sink. The place needed much repair. The bathrooms were in poor shape, as Mark didnt want any use of the smaller bathroom for anything other than to pee, and the upper bathroom had to dispose of used toilet paper in the open trash can. The oven top didnt work, there was not coffee machine or hair dryer. The main room...
