It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. "It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were staying half board and the food especially at breakfast was excellent. There was the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace which was very nice indeed as the views were amazing. The pool area was lovely and we managed to get sun loungers each morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return or visit another Meliá hotel. "

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis.  I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening.  Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful."

"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks. Sunbed reserving (have to have the towels placed by 8am!) a little annoying but that really was the only minor thing. "
