"The Brown Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Louisville. My girlfriend and I stay there at least once a month. I love every aspect of this hotel except for the way I was treated both times at the lobby bar. Both bartenders on the last two occasions were extremely rude to me and my girlfriend. We just wanted a few drinks and some dessert. The waiter after ignoring us for over a half an hour came over telling us that the kitchen was closed. " The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold."
