"On arrival, I was told they had no reservation for me, were not expecting any arrivals that day and that they did not deal with Hotels.com. It took several hours to sort things out and, even then, they insisted I change apartments the following day to an inferior one. The water pressure was pathetic until it was fixed two days before I left. At times, there was no hot water and the promised WiFi worked intermittently. "Bus stop at the gate, quite, clean, very comfortable, in the country, safe, pleasant staff. The bus does work ok to get around but is time consuming, locals will greet you when boarding, only $1.00 US. We had a rental car and were able to travel anywhere’s in less than 30 minute. We would stay here again and hope to soon. Love Antigua."
