" You drive on an unpaved road for quite a while to get to the Inn. Once you get there, there is the most beautiful place that looks like a large log cabin. It is right on the lake and there are trees everywhere. One of the most beautiful areas that I’ve been to. The room is huge and very comfortable. I also had a balcony that overlooked the lake. Perfect to sit with a glass of wine and stare at the sights."

"Angel's Rest is sooo peaceful. We had a delicious and super healthy breakfast in the breakfast nook, surrounded by lovely plants and a small fountain, looking out over the rolling hills of Western Mass. The fall colors were nice. "

"Five of travelled to Massachusetts for a brewery tour and we decided to get a house instead of the usual hotel. We are glad we did! This house was as advertised with lots of charm and character. The age of the house was apparent but in a good way. It felt historical!"

"This is our 3rd time staying here, we love this historic home, it is in very good condition. The home is very clean, well stocked, the layout is very good and the communication with the host is also very good. We love the brook going by. It is close to Smith College where our daughter goes to school. We also enjoy the many other places and things to do in this area. Even after our daughter graduates I can see us coming back to this home and part of Massachusetts. "

"We stayed at Chris' mansion for my wedding this past weekend and it was everything I expected and more. Although it isn't a full service venue, the owner Chris was sooooo helpful in getting everything we needed for our wedding. He owns a restaurant as well and was able to provide all of our appetizers, servers and bartenders! We even had our rehearsal dinner at his bar down the street called Jax on Tap. The bartenders were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. They even made a sign...

"It's place lies between the Manhattan Club and the St. Mark's Hotel, but in a sleepy ole' new england factory town. We love the Berkshires. This is where we now stay. We have been coming up for 27 years to these mountains."

"Only negative I have is couple above our room must’ve lived in a barn I’m a big guy and try to walk cautiously at night not to disturb.these people kept walking as if walking with boots till about 1or 2 am. Not hotel’s fault some people are just unique lol. The bed was very comfortable,hot water in shower,tub combo.i didn’t do breakfast but even after hours tea and few items available if needed."
