"Housed in a former riverside mill, the rooms are basic, simple no frills rooms. The bathroom was fine (shower stall), heat excellent, but walls are very thin. Fortunately it was a quiet weekday nite for me, so the few customers went to bed early, and there was no band downstairs in the restaurant/bar. "Everyone enjoyed staying here, there were lots of smiles but there were come concerns about the number of lady bugs in the bedrooms. It must have been their time to swarm, as there were a few in many of the rooms, presumably because some of the windows don't close tightly. Again, everyone had a fine time, and the location and the 2 or 3 block walk to town was perfect. It was charming and comfy and the many bedrooms were great. "

"Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."
