"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. "This is a lovely house. Spacious, but still cosy in winter. Very close to a good bus route into Oxford. Even though it is near to Oxford centre, the house and garden are very private, down a quiet lane Everything was spotless, and the kitchen island was a great place for the family to prepare meals together.
