"Clean, nice and well located"

"Nice staff and great location with lots of train options. Despite a beautiful and modern lobby the rest of the property is quite run down. My room had carpet and curtain wear/stains and the bathroom had some tile damage. Dated furnishings but a very large and spacious room which was great. Absolutely fine for a pragmatic business trip but definitely not ideal for an indulgent vacation stay. "

"It’s an old property catering almost exclusively to Eastern European tourists. A bit challenging with narrow stairs no lift, and mini en-suite facilities. But it’s convenient to paddington and the park, clean with friendly helpful staff. You get what you pay for."
