Particularly helpful was Patrick the valet. After a long drive, Patrick parked our EV car and fully charged the battery- what a nice touch. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our go to hotel when returning to Ottawa. "

The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are stocked with premium full sized toiletries. Both the restaurant and bar are terrific and must-do stops on any trip to Ottawa, whether staying as a guest at Andaz or not. "
