"This hotel is what made our stay in Ragus Ibla so wonderful. Laura is amazing with all that she does! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many homemade options. The location was great since you're already in the old town (Ibla) and can easily walk from the hotel to the duomo and cafes. We will definitely stay there again!"

The only negative was that we didn't expect the street would actually be all stairs and located either three down from one regular street or four up. "Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"We enjoyed our stay in the area. Lots of beautiful countryside and the sea in the distance. the house was great for two couples. You should be aware that a car is essential as there is nothing within walking distance. The coast is 10km down hairpin bends, hence the view! Avola and the surrounding area is lovely, much to see and many beautiful towns and villages. The need to get in the car everytime is a disadvantage, especially in the evenings."
