The staff where absolute high class in there level of professionalism and very friendly also didn’t make you feel uneasy or unwanted there.. "After a long trip, the receptionist was very helpful and handed over some Welsh Cakes as a gift. We booked a meal at the restaurant for that evening without any hassle. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Will stay there again."

"This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."
