"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. "I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate.
