"Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good. "

"Very charming property; classical old villa with authentic furniture. I spent a nice and quiet night there. On the negative side: it was hard to find a decent restaurant closely; the breakfast offerings were not impressive. "

"The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!! Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom"

"At the price I did not expect perfection but difficult to find in the dark arrived after sundown could do with a bigger sign . Reception alerted by a large dog barking , breakfast ok but cold coffee the machine is. Probably faulty no one to tell"

"Although the steps up to the house are no joke, once you get up and see the views(day, night, it doesn’t matter, they’re all fantastic) you’d climb it all over again. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a pristine and lovely house that had everything we could need. Don’t miss the pizza down the street as it was also delicious. "Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"This property is right next to the airport! We came the day before our early flight back to the US and it was perfect!! There’s a great bistro bar downstairs in the huge lobby with pizza, sandwiches, Italian food, kids food, great Italian dishes, etc. there’s also great beers, great wines, soft drinks, all kinds of other types of drinks to make your meals. At 4 am there was a bus every 15 minutes to take us to the terminal. The rooms were really good, super clean, the staff are all cool people. It’s great for individuals or families! It made getting to the airport super easy and stress free. If your flying in late, it’s a perfect place to rest up quick overnight, grab a bite and get ready for an amazing trip before you head to your first spots early the next day too!"

"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination "
