"Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. We could not use it once he was gone in the evening. Ceiling fan in the living room was not working, and the living room doesn’t have...

"I booked this location more than a week before my flight. When I landed in Jamaica, I reached out to management to enquire about possibly extending my stay when I was told that they did not have my reservation. Payment was submitted in full, I’m back in NY and still have not received my refund that they said they processed. Can you imagine my disappointment and disbelief after landing in a country I know very little about only to be left to find another place to stay? Never even offered...
