"Ample space in a great location with many restaurants, groceries and shopping with easy access to the Metro. Rooftop garden was wonderful after a busy day. One thing to be mindful of though was the total lack of privacy/ soundproofing in the master bedroom. "We stayed at this appartment 4 nights. The host arranged a taxi transfer for us from CDG to the accommodation. He then met us there and walked us through everything and was informative & helpful. The appartment was bigger than I expected with plenty of storage and many amenities. The supermarket at Val d' Europe shopping centre was enormous & is worth a visit. The beds were fine and the shower had lots of hot water. The station is a 3 minute walk from the appartment and it is a 5 minute train...

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....
