"I requested for refund and I was told to get in touch with Expedia. Please refund all my money. Ramsey okayed it at the facility but because I booked through you, I need the full refund. I checked in and then left only to find people smoking weed outside the facility, elevator and room was weed smelling, chewing gum stuck on the brown draping from the bed, toilet paper holder broken, hair in the sink"
