We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. "This property has been great for two stays now and the staff is awesome! The construction is kind of distracting, but the progress is good. I was a bit disappointed that they are removing the gas fireplaces during room updates, but I do understand the safety aspect.
